Takabit Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and Takabit ("Takabit," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the Takabit platform, including the website at takabit.vip, the Takabit mobile application, and all games, services, and features available through them.

By registering an account on Takabit, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Takabit platform.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device used to access Takabit, whether that is a desktop browser, a mobile browser, or the Takabit Android app. The same rules apply across all access methods.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Takabit, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one Takabit account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid email address, and a phone number that you own and control. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Takabit login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Takabit will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed and deposits made — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to Takabit support in a timely manner.

• Do not access your Takabit account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.

04 Deposits

Takabit accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Using a payment method registered to another person is not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on Takabit are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is a security measure to prevent funds from being redirected to accounts that don't belong to you.

Standard withdrawals are processed within three minutes during normal operating hours. Larger withdrawal amounts may be subject to a manual review, which typically takes no longer than 24 hours. You will receive a notification when your withdrawal has been processed.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• Takabit does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply charges on their end.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus being met in full before withdrawal is permitted.
• Takabit reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on any individual player.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Takabit offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and game-specific promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is presented.

General bonus rules that apply across all Takabit promotions unless stated otherwise:

07 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on Takabit use a provably fair system. This means that the outcome of every round is determined by a cryptographic seed that is generated before the round begins. The server seed hash is published before each round, and the full seed is revealed after the round ends, allowing any player to independently verify the result.

Each game on Takabit has its own specific rules, which are displayed on the game page. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. Takabit does not accept claims of ignorance of game rules as grounds for reversing a bet outcome.

• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent the theoretical long-term return over a large number of rounds.
• Takabit does not manipulate game outcomes for any player or group of players.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. Takabit's decision on technical disputes is final.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are binding. Takabit does not reverse bets after a round has started.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Takabit. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one Takabit account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through coordinated play, multi-accounting, or any method designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Money laundering: Using Takabit to process funds derived from illegal activity. Takabit complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit that was legitimately processed. Accounts with active chargebacks will be suspended immediately.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing Takabit staff or other players through any communication channel.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Takabit reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of a Terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any behaviour that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email. You may contact support to request a review of the suspension. Takabit will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Takabit will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met.

10 Responsible Gaming

Takabit is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, and we encourage all players to use them. The following tools are available in your Takabit account settings:
